If you make your customers easy to find your business using the web or their mobile phone, then your website has “find-ability!”

One best ways to insure  your business “find-ability” is to have a Google Places Listing.

Without it, information about your business will be hard to find or will be massively inaccurate. We know of at least one business in the Nashville business community which has a listing for their business showing a competitor’s information! If this confuses the customer, why would they want to do business with you?

When you conduct a google search such as “dentist nashville” you’ll see the shaded section which are “paid” listings. There’s usually 3 of them. The next group are the Google Places listings. The order is dependent on how well-tuned your google places listing has been kept.
